Quality Assessment of Food materials-Fruits, vegetables, cereals, legumes, dairy products, meat, poultry, egg and processed food. Sensory Evaluation of Food Quality. Requirements for conducting Sensory Evaluation, Methods of Sensory Evaluation and Evaluation cards, Different methods of Quantitative descriptive analysis.
